The Hot Chocolate 15K/5K is an officially timed event using the disposable timing system, B-tag. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number.

There will be timing clocks at each mile marker along both courses and the start and finish lines.  The 15K course will have additional timing clocks at the 5K and 10K splits.

All racers must only participate in the event that they are registered for.  Runners wearing a 5K bib will not be allowed to start the 15K and vice versa.  Walk participants will not be allowed to start either the 15K or 5K.

Official results will be posted online within 24 hours.

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers, and the top 3 finishers in each age group. Age groups are 15 and under, 16-19, 20-24 and every 5 years through 70+. All awards will be mailed within 6-8 weeks.

Awards Ceremony:

The awards ceremony is tentatively scheduled for 10:30 am. Only the top 3 overall male and female runners will be announced at the Post Race Party.
