The Hot Chocolate 15K/5K is an officially timed event using a disposable chip timing system.

There will be timing clocks at each mile marker along the course as well as the start and finish lines.

Results will be posted online within 24 hours.  We will allow a two week long protest period for correction requests and then official results will be reposted and will not be altered.

Results Corrections:

Requests for result corrections will be accepted for two weeks following the event. Please submit your corrections here.

Overall Awards Ceremony:

The awards ceremony is tentatively scheduled for 10:00am. Only the top 3 overall male and female runners for both the 5k and the 15k will be announced at the Post Race Party.

Age Group Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age group for each distance. Age groups are 15 and under, 16-19, 20-24 and every 5 years through 70+. All awards will be mailed within 6-8 weeks.
