Each training program features:
-Choice of plans to meet participant fitness levels, goals, and course distances
-4 to 12 week schedules depending on date of registration
-Rise n’ Shine Sunday morning weekly email with upcoming week’s workouts, tips, and resources from McMillan Running coaches

Back again, we are offering pacers for our 15k participants! On race day, participants look to uniformed runners whose job is to keep a steady pace throughout the entire course. Pacers are race-day pros and sought after for reliable information. We will offer pacers ranging from 7 minutes per mile all the way up to 15 minutes per mile.
