Hot Chocolate 15k/5k Legacy Experience

RAM Racing is proud to announce the Hot Chocolate Legacy Experience! The Legacy Experience is extended to runners who have registered for at least 3 Hot Chocolate races (of either distance) in consecutive years, or will complete their third consecutive year of Hot Chocolate running this upcoming season. Legacy is not limited to one city, so long as you run at least three consecutive years.

Perks:
Your Legacy status will be represented by a commemorative pin representing:
3 consecutive years (bronze tier)
5 consecutive years (silver tier)
10 consecutive years (gold tier)

More than just a pin, legacy runners will also receive bonus perks:
3 year- legacy bib, and commemorative photo frame
5 year- legacy bib, commemorative photo frame, and 5-year legacy medal
10 year- legacy bib, commemorative photo frame, 10-year legacy medal, free Hot Chocolate Legacy hoodie, AND a free entry to the 2018-2019 season Hot Chocolate 15k/5k race of your choice!

• 5k/15k legacy runners will receive their legacy pins and medals at the Legacy tent in the post-race party.
• Legacy runners will also be able to buy the exclusive ‘Legacy’ hoodie at the Legacy booth at the Expo! One hoodie per bib, please!
• If you do not participate in any Hot Chocolate races for one year after running at least 3 consecutive years you lose your legacy status and must begin again.

4th, 6-9th year legacy runners will still receive the initial legacy benefits mentioned (legacy bib, post-race bonus prize, etc).

Rules:
‘Legacy’ will be applied nationwide to qualifying cities, extending retroactively. The upcoming season must include your 3rd, 5th, or beyond consecutive race to be considered. Distance does not matter, but to qualify and to keep your legacy status you must participate each year. Do you have a history with us? See your past registrations here!

If injured, your registration may be deferred to another city through purchasing the EnMotive protection plan. Failure to participate in a Hot Chocolate race (of either distance) for one full race season will result in loss of Legacy status. The only exception that will be made is if one registers for an event in which the event date changes or must be cancelled. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis when one registers for an event and the event date changes afterwards.
