Twelve weeks before race day, we'll email you a customized training plan to put you on track for race day. Based on your distance, pace, and other race history, your training program is designed to fit your lifestyle and push you to peak performance! Whether you're a first-time runner, going for a PR, or just doing it for the bling, you can use the training schedule to get you in tip-top condition. In addition to your training program, we'll also send you specialized tips from elite USATF coaches-- the ultimate pros in endurance running.
